The sudden passing of his father, who had only a few months between a pancreatic cancer diagnosis and his death, left him unprepared and filled with sorrow. As a family member affected by cancer, he made it his mission to create a world free of cancer—a vision that is more than just a slogan. Driven by this dream, he made the bold decision to transition from the semiconductor industry to biotechnology, dedicating himself to cancer treatment research. He is committed to applying the rigorous development and testing standards from his previous field to biotech R&D, striving to transform his vision into a tangible, achievable "ideal."

In the semiconductor industry, William Wang started from the ground up, founding multiple companies focused on developing and innovating semiconductor testing equipment. With over a decade of experience in the DRAM sector, he instilled a culture of precision technology in his companies' DNA. SL BIO, with its extensive background in semiconductor development, has now turned its focus to cancer research and development. The company holds numerous patents, and its products are known for their efficiency, stability, and innovation. Key partners include research teams from Taipei Medical University, Hexun Biosciences, and CytoArm.
