About Us

SL BIO Co., Ltd. (SL BIO) focuses on advancing translational cell and gene technologies that support the development of innovative cell therapies. The company is actively building immune-based platforms with emphasis in oncology and exosome science. With expanding preclinical data across cancer and regenerative models, SL BIO is well positioned for future growth. In line with its strategic plan, SL BIO completed a capital increase and investment restructuring in June 2024.

Gamma Delta T

At SL BIO, we are proud to collaborate with JY Biomedical on a licensed Gamma Delta T (γδ T) cell platform that reflects the forefront of investigational immunotherapy. γδ T cells are recognized for their innate, MHC-independent tumor recognition and broad cytotoxic potential.

Our platform has demonstrated consistent dose-dependent cytotoxicity in vitro across glioblastoma and pancreatic cancer models. Moreover, early in vivo results in GBM animal studies have shown measurable tumor regression, including complete elimination in select intracranial models.

The γδ T platform is supported by a U.S. FDA Drug Master File (DMF #041080), underscoring our commitment to quality and transparency.

As we continue developing the γδ T platform, SL BIO remains focused on building a robust foundation of scientific evidence to guide its next phase of preclinical advancement.

Tangerine-derived Extract

Citrus reticulata extract is a plant-based botanical derived from nutrient-rich tangerines, obtained through a gentle, solvent-free process that preserves its naturally occurring polyphenols, flavonoids, essential oils, and trace vitamins. This extract is under exploration as a raw material for formulation research, with a focus on cosmetic system compatibility.

Known for its clean-label origin and lightweight character, Citrus reticulata extract is of particular interest in formulations designed for urban-exposed and combination skin types.

Milk-derived Exosomes

SL BIO sources milk-derived exosomes through collaborative research partners for non-therapeutic investigation into topical formulation science. These exosomes are nanoscale vesicles rich in proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids, and are being studied for their compatibility in cosmetic applications outside the United States.
